Teach for America: Shark Tank Dining Experience
Teach for America Kansas City hosted their annual Shark Tank event in October 2019 where they helped raise money to support teachers’ classroom initiatives. TFA asked me to create an “around the world” dining experience with small bites provided from multiple immigrant and refugee chefs. I curated a menu from 8 chefs, representing cuisines from Laos, the Philippines, Brazil, Mexico, Pakistan, and South Korea. Photography provided by Jeff Evrard.
